Now, we have an image of much higher quality, thanks to Christi, who on March 16 2007 shared this image of Flato Wedding Anniversary. We have since lost track of Cristi, but thanks also to Christi's Mother, who has retained the original photo, we have a much clearer image below

Christi's great grandfather is on the far right. This photo is another photograph taken at the same sitting as the printed in the souvenir program in 1973 celebrating 100-year anniversary of Flatonia. You may notice that the souvenir program published a different photograph than the one below which was provided by Christi's Mother. It appeared that the souvenir program photo was taken while the family was talking, indicating it was an unposed photo.

Grandpa F. W. Flato, Sr.,with a cane, in the center of the photograph moved between photographs. Others did as well. When you examine above photos with one below, you will recognize that in the first photo, everone appeared to be conversing, and in the second photo below, everyone posed for the camera. You may also be able to recognize features of first lady seated, Erna Flato Faltin image is obscured, which probably resulted from her moving while the picture was taken..

This Photo is overall a better image as it was scanned from an original photograph:.
